How It Works
1. Pre-meeting preparation – We’ll review your current priorities, performance data, and context so your appraisal starts with clarity.
2. Start-of-year appraisal meeting – Agree on objectives that meet statutory requirements and align with your personal and school development goals.
3. Three executive coaching sessions – Including a mid-year review, to keep you on track, work through challenges, and celebrate progress.
4. End-of-year appraisal – A constructive conversation to review evidence, reflect on growth, and set up for the year ahead.
Sessions are delivered through a blend of in-person and online meetings, balancing meaningful face-to-face conversations with flexible ongoing support.
In-person meetings are typically included for schools within south Cumbria. For schools further afield, this can be discussed depending on location.

Yes — you can include extra coaching for senior leaders, new head support, or light-touch post-appraisal support such as WhatsApp check-ins.
