My career hasn't followed a straight line either

My own career has been more of a jungle gym than a career ladder — taking me through teaching, leadership and headship, working internationally and, eventually, professional coaching.

I've experienced different roles, different countries, unexpected opportunities and changes of direction. I understand that reaching a crossroads doesn't necessarily mean something has gone wrong. Sometimes what mattered five or ten years ago simply isn't what matters now.

Today, as an ICF-accredited coach, I help people create the space to explore where they are, what matters to them and where they might want to head next.
